Tradtional Side Woman Stands Etiquette
This recipe is especially for when the work and you're tired and you do not know to cook something ... fast, easy and very tasty. Here is the recipe:
INGREDIENTS

chicken thighs (can do it with breast, healthier)
-Soy Sauce: amount needed
-Mustard: amount needed
-Condiments: salt, pepper, rosemary (if your like) chicken broth

STEP BY STEP:
Clean the chicken and remove skin and fat you may have. One technique for removing the skin: with a hand grab hold of the leg bone and a piece of kitchen paper, we stretch the skin and so strong and even. Whole skin goes fast!
