Can A Viral Infection Cause High Pulse

Vori Vori

The Vori Vori Paraguay is a typical dish, especially for those cold days. I have heard that in guarani means Vori ball (please, someone correct me if I'm wrong), because the dish has the distinction of carrying pellets made of corn flour and cheese.

I prepared on Sunday night because I was wanting a hot plate and body ... and nothing better than a Vori Vori ...
Here is the recipe: Chicken

Ingredients: 4 dams
Onion: 1 Tomatoes
: 2
Locote or pepper: 1
Pumpkin, a piece
Carrot: 1
Corn Flour: 200 g
Cheese: 150 g
Broth chicken, 2 liters

Salt to taste Seasonings: pepper, bay leaf and a pinch of cumin

1 .- Sauté chicken (no salt) until brown. Remove and set aside.

2 .- In the same pan saute the vegetables soft with a little salt. Add a little water to raise the cooking liquid (the rest of the chicken), add vegetables hard, squash and carrots.
3 .- Once all mixed add the chicken pieces and brown, add the broth and cover. Cook until vegetables are tender.
TIP: cut all vegetables the same size so they are all cooked at the same time ... ;)

To assemble the Vori:
1 .- In a saucepan, add the corn flour and cheese. Add about 2 tablespoons of the broth is cooking to prepare a soft dough. Should not be too hard nor type gum.
Once you have that texture, assemble the balls and then drop them into the pot.

His cooking is similar to the gnocchi: Once they float, they are already cooked.
off and let stand for flavors to concentrate and take stock body.

and to enjoy in a cold night !!!!!
