Get Rid Problem Pimple

CHARD TART and zucchini



Every year at this time beginning with the phrase "we must prepare for the summer .. so with the desire that characterizes me (¿!?!) the first step has been taken: a super light cake to eat healthier and lose the extra pounds gained during the wintering .. ja ja
A party is a cake, easy, fast, cheap, lasts well in the fridge, so you can prepare and eat for days. It is a very noble cake (as I call them when it meets all of these characteristics) and it should be noted that Franck and I love the cakes! INGREDIENTS


tied -3 (decks) -2
chard green zucchini (courgette)

-1 -1 large onion, cream cheese
egg (can be diced cheese, cream or white sauce type also )
-shredded Parmesan cheese
-flaky pie crust: 1 package
-1 yolk for brushing.



Footsteps
Cook spinach and zucchini. I did it in the microwave. 4 minutes chard (not the trunk or pads) and 6 minutes zucchini (peeled and cut). Once

are tender we took all the excess water that may have, drain them well to prevent wetting the entire cake.



Cook onion with a drizzle of olive oil. Season. Book

In a bowl mix, chard, zucchini, onion.




add cream cheese, grated cheese and stir.





add more salt if needed. Finally we put an egg that binds everything.



put in a vegetable spray pan (if you can not have oil or Grease) and ground well supported.

Fill with mixture.



cover with the other dough and brush the top with a fingertip. With a fork to prick a little steam. Bake

strong (220-240 degrees) for 45 minutes ..



Ready for a light lunch, healthy and ready for summer!
