ON FILM
Filmed in 1968, the film takes as its background the cultural landscape of the late 60's, where Jean-Luc Godard offers a vital witness to what was called the Western counterculture. With a thorough analysis of the Black Panther movement and with reference to the work of such important characters as LeRoi Jones and Eldridge Cleaver, we go through significant moments as a visit to the Rolling Stones in the studio.
French director filmed the entire process of creating one of the emblematic songs of the band of Jagger and Richards. Godard's cameras roamed through the study of a particularly fertile and chaotic era of the Stones.
